Caution: Adolescents at Risk is a 1991 film produced by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. It was designed for health professionals who work with adolescents. It shows the stories of several adolescents recounting their personal struggles dealing with a variety of devastating situations; homelessness, drinking and driving, teen pregnancy, substance abuse, gangs, violence, prejudice, and peer pressure.

For as long as there has been alcohol, there have been people who drank too much - with all the attendant problems this can cause - violence, drunk driving, personal injury and death.
