How to Order
Ordering from The Historical Archive is very easy. This page will detail how the order process works and the payment methods accepted.
Payment Methods: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover card as well as personal checks or money orders. (International customers: payments must be in US funds.) We also accept paypal.
If you pay by credit card, your credit statement will read either THA New Media LLC or The Historical Archive or some abbreviation of this (ex. historical, historicala or something similar.)
Online Security: We utilize state of the art secure ordering processes to ensure that your credit card details are protected at all stages of the transaction.
Ordering methods: You may order via our online system and pay by credit card or paypal.
You may also use our online system to prepare an order for payment by check or money order. Once you complete the order, the system will send you an email with your invoice for you to mail in with your check or money order.
Ordering process: Ordering products on the website is quite simple.
Each product has a link/button that says "add to cart". When you find a product you wish to purchase, just click that link and it will be added to your shopping cart. (Note: Placing an item in the shopping cart is not a permanent process. You can always add new items, edit quantities or delete items from the shopping cart at any time.) From the shopping cart, you have the option of "checking out" to complete your order or "continue shopping" to browse/purchase additional products.
If you place items in your shopping cart and browse and later need to get back to the shopping cart, just click the "view cart" link on the top of every page. That will take you back to the shopping cart page and show you which items are in your shopping cart ready for purchase.
When you are on the shopping cart page, you can modify your orders by either increasing or decreasing the quantity of any product in your cart or deleting it from the cart. When you are sure the shopping cart has all the items you wish to purchase in it, just click on the "checkout" buton and fill out your shipping and payment information to complete your order.
Ordering online: When you order online, you will be paying either by one of the accepted credit cards or by paypal. Once we receive you order, we will process it and make it ready for shipment. All orders are shipped within two business days.
Ordering by Mail: If you are paying by check or money order, you will need to mail payment to us. We will process and ship your order when payment arrives (although re reserve the right to hold personal/business check orders until funds clear into our account.) Mail payments to:

Ordering Problems: As much as we strive for a perfect system, there will be the occasional glitch. If that occurs, just contact us by phone or email using our convenient contact form and we will get the problem resolved for you right away. In the event that you call by phone and get voice mail, please leave a detailed message with your name, phone number and a detailed description of the problem you are having. We will call you back as soon as possible.
