This collection of films portrays the early days of Chrysler
- 1930 to 1935. The films show the fascinating evolution of these automobiles
during that period and even include Walter Chrysler. This collection contains
five films detailed below: - What's New in the Auto World? A silent1930
film featuring Walter Chrysler showing off the 1930 Chryslers.
- You're
Right Mr. Chrysler. Dodge is Ready. A short 1930 film introducing the new
Dodge models.
- Fashion by Function. A 1934 film showing how the
design of the Chrysler is all tied into to its need for both functionality and
good looks.
- Trials of Triumph. A 1934 film showing the Chrysler
Airflow Imperial perform a variety of grueling endurance tests including a 2000
mile 24 hour speed/endurance test.
- Right and Ready. A 1934 film
celebrating the first anniversary of the Chrysler Airflow Imperial. Note: The
last few seconds of the film is missing.
All the films are black and
white. This DVD has a runtime of approximately 1 hour 13 minutes. Here
