Are You Ready? was produced in 2006 by the United States
Fire Academy. This very important film is broken down into three segments. The
first segment discusses family preparedness - showing a faminly going through
all the steps necessary to ensure that they are prepared for any future emergency
situations. Specific attention is given to the creation of a family disaster supply
kit. The second portion of the film discusses how to savely set up and
operate a portable generator in an emergency situation. This includes important
issues like where to set it up to eliminate the chance of carbon monoxide poisoning
and risk of fire. The third segment shows the awesome power and danger posed
by flash floods in many parts of the country. This DVD has a runtime of
