| Franklin, Virginia - Revisited was aired in 2005 by the
United States Fire Academy. The program examines the town of Franklin, Virginia
in the aftermath of the 1999 downtown flooding caused by Hurricane Floyd. It looks
at how the town deal with the disaster and recovered both economically and personally
from the devastation caused by the hurricane. And then it examines a variety of
disaster mitigation plans and how it is important to have these in place before
