Here is Germany was produced by the Office of War Information
and directed by Frank Capra. The film was produced in 1945 to educate soldiers
who had not been in Germany during combat. The role of the film was to give these
soldiers an understanding of the history and thought processes of the Germans
to help them deal with their role in the post war occupation. The film
is truly as fascinating look at the German people and the history of what led
up to their agressions during WWII with interesting footage of the German war
machine and its affect it had on its own country as well as nieghboring countries
during the many years of devastation. This DVD has a runtime of approximately
