Broken Arrow; Response to a Nuclear Weapons Accident was produced by the Department of Defense in 1980. It tells the story of a nuclear weapons accident exercise in the Nevada desert. The exercise was sponsored by the Defense Nuclear Agency and all four armed services as well as the Department of Energy participated in the exercise. The exercise involves the simulated crash of a MAC Aircraft carrying nuclear weapons. The training exercise covers the period of the intial accident through Day seven after the accident.

NUWAX 81 - Nuclear Weapons Accident Exercise was produced by the Department of Defense in 1982. This film is a fascinating inside glimpse inside the Defense Nuclear Agency's response team as it responds to a simulated nuclear weapon accident near a hypothetical California town. The presentation follows the six day field exercise, involving over 600 DNA, DOE and FEMA personnel as they respond to this nuclear accident. The event took place at the DOE Nevada test site in April 1981.

NUWAX-83 - Nuclear Weapons Accident Exercise was produced by the Department of Defense in 1984. This nuclear wepons accident documentary involves a case of two Navy CH-46 Sea Knight Helicopters carrying simulated nuclear weapons. It explores the response to a nuclear incident in Virginia by the DOD, DOE, FEMA and various local agenices.
