Our satisfaction guarantee is very simple. You must be 100% satisfied
with your purchase or return it for a full refund of the purchase price
within 30 days of purchase.
If you do decide to return a product to us, please use our contact
form to get an RMA code and then send the product along with a note
including the RMA code and we will process your refund when it arrives.
If you paid by credit card, we will refund the purchase price to your
credit card. If you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a
check.
When contacting us for an RMA, we do ask that you give a reason for
your return. This is to give us additional feedback so that we can improve
our products and processes in the future. Although not required for
processing the return, we sure do appreciate the feedback and opportunity
to implement future improvements to our business.
