Star Identification (1942) was produced by the United States Navy Bureau of Aeronautics and Bureau of Naval Personnel to help train their soldiers in the ability to identify common stars in the nighttime sky. The film covers many of the major stars and constellations seen in the northern hemisphere. Note: Film has some background noise and occasional flicker.

The Electrical Experimenter is a science oriented magazine that was published every month between May 1913 and July 1920. This collection represents 24 issues of Electrical Experimenter from May 1917 to June 1919. It is not a contiguous 24 months. It is missing the May and July 1918 issues. Of note to Tesla fans is that Nikola Tesla wrote five articles in the magazine and published parts of his autobiography through this magazine. So in addition to fascinating reading of early electrical projects, you also get insights from one of the great minds of the early 20th century.

The Map Making Process is a documentary prepared by the U.S. Defense Department in 1973. In this documentary, you will learn the theory of mapmaking, the methods, tools and techniques used to produce a wide variety of maps. It also delves deeply into the importance of planning and surveying areas to get elevations and accurate boundary marks. It then examines the way all the data is compiled to produce the "master" map and make copies from that master.

Total Quality Management is a lecture filmed by the Department of Defense. The presenter is John J. Hudiberg a former Florida Power and Light Executive. During this presentation, Mr. Hudiberg walks the attendees through all aspects of implementing a total quality management solution including issues such as meeting the needs, desires and expectations of the customers, total commitment to quality by everyone in the organization, the basic principles of a quality improvement program (QIP), techniques to get the entire company on board and much more. They act as inspirational role models for young women interested in preparing for a career in scientific research by sharing their stories and advice on how to prepare for a career in the sciences.

Women Are Scientists With Disabilities was produced by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This film portrays three women scientists, each with a disability, who followed their dreams, overcame physical challenges and became successes in their chosen scientific specialties. These women overcame all their difficulties to become a clinical psychologist, a neurosurgeon and a geneticist/psychiatrist. Their inspirational stories show that anyone can achieve their dreams.
