Aerial and Boat Views of Amtrak Train Derailment, Mobile,
Alabama is a 1993 film produced by the U.S. Coast Guard. The presentation contains
aerial views of the Amtrak train derailment scene taken on September 23, 1993
(one day after accident) from a United States Coast Guard (USCG) helicopter. You
will see aerial views of the wreckage, crash scene, salvage efforts and diving
operations. You will also see footage taken from a USCG boat showing close-up
views of wreckage, salvage and diving operations. Note: the first third of the
DVD is silent footage. This DVD has a runtime of approximately 27 minutes.
