African Americans in World War II: Legacy of Patriotism
and Valor was produced by the Department of the Army in 1997.This comprehensive
documentary contains extensive footage showing the contributions of African Americans
during WWII including footage of their acitvities at D-Day, the Battle of the
Bulge, in Italy and in the Pacific. Actual footage is weaved in with numerous
interviews with veterans including several Congressional Medal of Honor winners
in a way that clearly shows the valor and bravery of our African American troops
during this great and horrible war. This DVD has a runtime of approximately
