This black and white speech was delivered by JFK to the American
people on October 22, 1962. In it, Kennedy talks about Cuba and
the missiles that Russia is placing there. He talks about the threat
this act presents to the American Public. It also discusses the
Cuban embargo that the administration is enacting as well as other
steps Kennedy is taking to protect American citizens.
